Our New Zealand based customer service team is available on 09 928 6828 for quick personalised service. Our helpline is open from 9 am to 5 pm, Mon-Fri. You can also email info@everesttvs.co.nz.
How can I purchase from EverestTvs?
Browse our 130+ products, choose what you want to purchase, add it to your cart, and follow the prompts to complete your EverestTvs account application. The whole process only takes a couple of minutes and consists of three steps.
Who can purchase EverestTvs products?
Anyone over 18 with a valid New Zealand ID, a New Zealand bank account, and a verifiable address can apply for an EverestTvs account.
How much will I be charged for delivery?
Standard delivery is included with every EverestTvs purchase nationwide. There are no hidden delivery fees.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped after the required number of payments have been made. For televisions, that's 10 weekly payments; for our Boom Shaker speaker, it's 5 weekly payments. Once dispatched, expect 3–7 business days for delivery.
Can I return products?
Yes — every Everest product is covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Promise. If you're not happy, contact us within 30 days of receiving the product and we'll arrange a return. Conditions apply.
My product has been damaged during delivery. What can I do?
Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery on 09 928 6828 or info@everesttvs.co.nz. We'll arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.
What if the model I ordered is not available?
If the specific model you ordered is unavailable, our team will contact you to offer an equivalent model or, if you prefer, a full refund of any payments made.
