You choose a product, apply online, and start fixed payments by direct debit each week or fortnight. Once you have made the set number of payments for that product, we deliver it to your door. The price is fixed and shown upfront, so you always know exactly what you are paying.
You pay a fixed price in weekly or fortnightly instalments with no interest added. The amount is shown upfront and stays the same for the whole plan, so the total you pay is the total you see when you apply.
No large upfront deposit is needed. You get started with your regular payment and keep paying at the same rate until your plan is complete.
Payments are taken automatically by direct debit, either weekly or fortnightly depending on the plan you choose, so you never have to remember to pay manually. Your regular payment stays the same across your plan.
Delivery is arranged once you have made the required payments on your plan, or paid your balance in full. We deliver within 15 working days and nothing is dispatched before your 5 working day cooling off period ends. The number of payments depends on the item and is shown before you apply.
If a direct debit is missed we may reschedule it and a $5 dishonour fee is added to your account. You can also ask us to put your payments on hold for up to 2 weeks in total before your goods are dispatched, with no dishonour fee, as long as you contact us before the payment is due.
Yes. You can repay the balance owing on your plan at any time. Once your payments are complete, we arrange delivery.
We deliver by courier to the residential address on your order. Delivery is arranged once the required payments on your plan have been made, and a delivery fee may apply.
