This website is operated by Ashmont Group Limited, trading as Everest TVs. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Ashmont Group Limited, and "you" means the person using the website.
You may use this website to browse our products, place a layby order and manage your account with us. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not restrict or prevent anyone else from using it.
We aim to keep product information, weekly payment amounts and total prices accurate and up to date. Prices and payment terms are shown per product and may change at any time before we accept your order. The purchase price for a product is the price we confirm when we accept your order.
Products are subject to availability. We may revise or discontinue any product shown on the site at any time without notice. If we cannot supply a product you have ordered, we will refund any money you have paid towards that order.
Everest TVs sells on layby. This means you pay a fixed amount each week or fortnight by direct debit, with no interest, and we deliver your goods once you have made the required payments on your plan.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. Where those Acts apply, you have the rights set out in them, and those rights sit above anything stated here.
We take care to make sure the content on this website is correct, but we do not guarantee it is complete, current or free of errors. Product images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the item delivered. If an exact model is unavailable, we may offer a replacement with comparable or better features, as set out in the Layby Sale Agreement.
