Delivery
Two strong people must be onsite to receive delivery and assist with lifting. The freezer should not be turned on for 8 hours after delivery to let it settle.

We deliver by courier to the residential address on your layby sale order. Once you have made the required payments on your plan, or paid your balance in full, we arrange delivery within 15 working days.
If no one is home, we may hold the goods at our office for collection or leave them at your address. Sending to a different address may add a delivery cost.
You can cancel your order any time before you take delivery, before your cooling off period ends, or before the 30 day cancellation period ends, whichever is later.

Good to know
Layby lets you pay for your product in fixed amounts over time. You choose your product, set up regular payments by direct debit, and the goods are delivered once you have made the required payments on your plan.
No. There is no interest to pay across your plan. The only charge is a $5 dishonour fee each time a scheduled direct debit is missed.
Payments are taken automatically by direct debit, either weekly or fortnightly depending on the plan you choose.
Your product is delivered once you have made the required payments on your plan, or paid your balance in full. Delivery is arranged within 15 working days and the number of payments is shown on each product page. Nothing is dispatched before your 5 working day cooling off period ends.
If a direct debit is missed we may reschedule it and a $5 dishonour fee is added to your account. You can also ask us to put your payments on hold for up to 2 weeks in total before your goods are dispatched, with no dishonour fee, as long as you contact us before the payment is due.
We deliver by courier to the residential address on your layby sale order. Delivery to a different address may add a cost.
Yes. You can repay the balance owing on your plan at any time, and paying your balance in full lets us arrange delivery.
Yes. You can cancel any time before you take delivery. Cancel inside the 30 day cancellation period and return the goods in the same condition for a full refund. Cancel after that but before delivery and we refund your payments less any cancellation costs.
